Guest Travel Coordination: Book travel for all your guests, including flights and accommodations, arrange transportation to and from the airport/resort for you and your guests, make excursion bookings, offer payment scheduling and reminders to keep everyone on track., and accept flexible payment plans for you and your guests when needed.
Guest Communication: Create a custom wedding website where your guests can find details and RSVP, send out personalized documents, tips, and reminders to you and your guests, and provide 24-hour customer service for your guests during their travel.
Wedding Planning Support: Develop a comprehensive wedding timeline, including to-do lists to keep you organized with my amazing electronic wedding planning guide, conduct regular status calls/consultations to keep everything on track, and offer destination management services on location to handle any unexpected issues for you and your guests.

Exclusive Travel Concierge Services:
Dedicated Concierge Time: You’ll have 12 hours of my dedicated service exclusively for you as the bride and groom. You can use these hours entirely on your wedding day or spread them across your three-night stay, giving you the flexibility to address your unique needs.
Luxury Support Throughout Your Stay: I’ll be available to handle last-minute details, guest inquiries, or any unexpected needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience and I’ll manage all logistics for pre- and post-wedding events like your welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or farewell brunch.
On-Property Support: I’ll personally ensure everything runs flawlessly on your wedding day. From vendor coordination to addressing guest concerns, I’ll handle it all so you can focus on celebrating, and my concierge services extend to any day-of emergencies or special requests, ensuring you can relax and enjoy every moment.
Pricing Details:
This package includes all travel costs for my services, determined at the time of booking. The 12 hours of dedicated concierge time are priced at $850 and can be tailored to suit your specific needs.
With the Opulent Orchid package, I’ll be by your side, taking care of every detail so you can fully enjoy your wedding day and the moments leading up to it. From planning calls to on-site support, I’ll ensure your wedding is the luxurious and unforgettable experience you’ve dreamed of.
