Dates To Take Note Of: January 28th, 2025, initial Deposit of $400 per person in addition to any insurance costs, and flights per each individual.
Second deposit of 60% of the total package is due before March 3rd, 2025.
April 1st, 2025, Final Payment Due The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once additional payments are processed, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. Flight itinerary is due by April 28, 2025, so transfer can be included. Passports should be valid 6 months after the last date of travel.
If insurance is purchased then guest(s) will be entitled to any compensation that is granted based on insurance policy terms. You are responsible for satisfying the agency cancellation fee as well. Additional payments can be made at any time at www.travelwithclassllc.com by selecting “Make a payment”.

Yes! You must have a passport to travel to Jamaica.
In addition you must make sure that your passport is not expired and it must have at least 6 months validity from the date of return and one blank page.

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can for best pricing. The travel agent can assist with this if you would like. Be sure to indicate this on your submission for a quote.
Airport transfers to and from Montego Bay MBJ is included when making your hotel booking through our room block. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or departing Montego Bay MBJ.
Words of Advice Booking Flights
Watch the price of flights on apps or websites such as Hopper, Google Flights, and Skyscanner. Be sure to set up notifications to be notified when to purchase. Be sure to watch both one-way tickets and round-trip tickets for the best deals. If you have an early flight and arrive to the resort before check in, you are able to utilize all amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc…). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

Club Mobay
Escape the stress and chaos of security lines and crowded departure halls to a sanctuary where you can relax, unwind, all while immersed in warm Jamaican hospitality and culture. Club Mobay offers the perfect arrival and departure experience while indulging in a refreshing beverage from our premium bar or something sweet and savory from our snack counter.This service is $85 per person for both arrival and departure service. This can be included in your estimate should you be interested.

Wedding Registry
PLEASE NOTE:
We Only Have A Certain number of Rooms Guaranteed
Rooms are reserved at a secured rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the number we have, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of TWC, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is step #5 on the invoice approval to secure your booking.
