Years before it was a love story, it was a friendship that started in the hallways of New Albany Middle School. Little did we know what the future had in store for us! When we reconnected years later in 2022, the spark was undeniable. From our first date, our fun-loving adventure together began. Our lives soon were filled with a whirlwind of concerts, yoga classes, shopping sprees, and travel. It became clear that we had found our perfect partner and best friend in one another, and we have been inseparable ever since.

We are overjoyed to be taking this next step and are so grateful to be able to celebrate our wedding with our favorite people in such a beautiful location. We look forward to creating unforgettable memories with you all!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

  • Booking outside of our group block could result in additional fees and may mean you’re not located near the rest of the group.

  • Booking at a different property will require costly day passes in order to attend wedding events. These passes are per person, per day and will not be covered by the bride and groom.

By booking directly with Stephanie, you’ll be included in our official wedding room block, enjoy exclusive group perks, and avoid unnecessary charges.

Do I need a Passport

Yes! A valid passport is required to travel to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Please ensure:

  • Your passport is not expired  
  • It has at least 6 months of validity beyond your return date
  • There is at least one blank page

Booking Information and Deadlines

Hello! Haylee and Zach have pre-reserved rooms with a special set rate for the travel window of Oct. 20th-26th , 2026. Guests may extend their stay, depending on availability at time of booking. This resort requires a 3 night minimum for all guests.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT DEADLINES

Deposit Amount: $250.00 per person due on or before February 26th, 2026.

Additional Costs: If you are including travel insurance or flights with Travel With Class, these costs must be paid at the time of deposit.

NOTE...You are welcome to book after the initial deposit deadline; however, all reservations will be subject to current availability and the pricing offered at the time of booking.

 

RSVP & First Deposit Deadline: February 26th, 2026

Room Availability: A limited number of rooms are reserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms are not confirmed until the full deposit is received. To secure your preferred room type, we highly recommend making your deposit as soon as possible.

Second Deposit Deadline: May 7th, 2026

  • Amount: 60% of the remaining balance of your total package cost.

Final Payment Deadline: August 13th, 2026

  • Amount: Remaining balance must be paid in full.

AIFARE CONFIRMATION DUE : September 5th, 2026

All flight information will be collected via the flight collector starting at 90 days before departure for your transfers. This would be for anyone who has booked flights on their own. So please pay attention to the emails that will be sent out. Please be sure to include your confirmation number. The confirmation number is needed to track flight schedule changes and flight number changes. * If we do not have your flight details at least 45 days before departure, guest forfeits included transportation.

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ** If  insurance is purchased, then guest will be entitled to any compensation that is granted based on the insurance policy purchased minus the agency cancellation fee**

 Bedding Requests I always pass along specific bedding preferences (such as king or two beds), these are requests and not guaranteed. Final room assignments are made by the property at check-in based on availability.

PASSPORT BOOKS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS TRIP, NO EXCEPTIONS. A PASSPORT CARD OR ENHANCED DRIVERS LICENSE IS NOT VALID FOR AIR TRAVEL. Please check your passport now to ensure they are valid as passport processing time can very especially when delayed.

All Inclusive Resorts require each guest to be registered by passport name and DOB. Guests who are not listed on the room reservation will not be allowed to enter the property. Resorts reserve the right to refuse name changes within 30 days of travel. Additional fees may apply for last minute passenger changes.

Airport Transfers Included:
When you book your hotel through our group room block, roundtrip shared transfers  between airport and the resort are included.
No need to arrange a taxi or shuttle on your own.

Flight Price Monitoring Tips:

  • Use apps like Hopper, Google Flights, and Skyscanner  
  • Set price alerts to get notified of the best deals
  • Compare one-way vs. round-trip flights

Important: If using a third party site, we recommend booking directly with the airline once pricing aligns with your budget

Arriving Early?
No problem! If you arrive before check-in, you’re still welcome to use all resort amenities (pool, restaurants, bars, etc.).
Just pack a small bag with essentials (like swimwear) to make the most of your day.

Do I need travel insurance

WHY TRAVEL INSURANCE MATTERS

Because group reservations at all-inclusive resorts are prepaid and non-refundabletravel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

How Do I Book My Room?

Important Booking Tips

  • Only one person per room should fill out the booking form using the “BOOK THIS ROOM” link.
  • If you’re sharing a room with others, only one person needs to submit the form on behalf of everyone in that room.
  • Most rooms are best for 2 adult guests, but some categories can accommodate up to 3 adults.
  • Single occupancy is nearly the same cost as double, so we recommend booking double occupancy if possible.                                                                  

Booking Steps

Step 1: Choose Your Room
Review the available room categories and click the “BOOK THIS ROOM” button once you’ve made your selection.

Step 2: Complete the Booking Form
Enter your personal information and list the names of any other guests who will be sharing your room.

Step 3: Get Your Personalized Quote
Our travel agent, Stephanie Steinert from Travel With Class, will email you within 2 business days with your custom quote for review.

Step 4: Approve and Submit Deposit
Review and approve your quote, then submit your deposit to secure your room. Once your deposit is received, your reservation will be confirmed—you’re officially going to paradise!

Looking to bring a guest or family member not listed on your invitation?

We completely understand that some of you may be turning this into a mini-vacation (honestly, we would too!) and might want to bring a friend, partner, or family member along for the trip. You’re more than welcome to do so!

Just a heads-up: due to venue and guest count limits, our wedding ceremony and reception are by invitation only. While your travel companion may not be attending the actual wedding events, they’re absolutely invited to enjoy the beautiful resort and all the fun outside of the formal celebration!

Sharing a Room? Here’s How It Works

If you’re planning to share a room with another invited guest, here’s how to make the booking process smooth and simple:

  • One Form Per Room: Please coordinate with your roommate and designate one person to complete the reservation form. Forms should be submitted per room, not per individual.

  • Next Steps: Once the form is submitted, Stephanie will email both guests with the next steps and important details about your reservation.

  • Different Addresses? No Problem! If you and your roommate live at different addresses, be sure to include the second guest’s contact information (including email address) in the notes section of the reservation form. This ensures everyone stays in the loop and receives all important updates.

  • Designated Emails for Communication: To avoid missing any important information, please provide the designated email addresses for all guests sharing the room. This helps ensure everyone receives booking confirmations, payment reminders, and travel updates directly.

  • Lead Passenger Responsibility: The person filling out the reservation form will be listed as the lead passenger and is responsible for:

    • Sharing all terms and conditions with their roommate(s).
    • Ensuring all payments are made on time for the entire room.
    • Communicating important updates from Stephanie with all guests in the room.
  • Review Terms & Conditions: It’s the responsibility of each passenger to review the Terms & Conditions, which are included on your invoice and can also be found at www.travelwithclassllc.com. Travel With Class, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as needed.

Communication Timeline

At Travel With Class, we believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Here’s what you can expect after your booking is submitted:         

AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR BOOKING:

  • Once your booking is approved and payment is secured, our office will manually process it with the resort supplier.
  • Please allow up to 48 business hours for processing during normal business hours, and depending on the volume of requests.
  • If you select a room outside the reserved room block or if your preferred room is no longer in our inventory, we’ll submit a special request to the supplier. This may take several additional days—thank you for your patience.

ONCE YOUR BOOKING IS PROCESSED:

You will receive an email from Travel With Class with the following:

  • booking receipt confirming your room category
  • Payment due dates and remaining balance
  • A secure payment link to make additional payments at your convenience 

    ONGOING COMMUNICATION:

    • Monthly email reminders will be sent as a courtesy to keep your payment timeline top of mind.
    • 15 days before each major payment deadline, you’ll receive a reminder with a direct payment link.
    • 90, 60, and 45 days before travel, we’ll request your flight information (if we haven’t already received it) so we can coordinate your ground transportation. Flight information needs to be submitted no later than September 5th, 2026!
    • 2–3 weeks before travel, you will receive your final travel documents via email.

    Throughout the process, you’ll also receive helpful tips and updates to ensure you feel fully prepared for your trip.

    Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, and we feel so blessed to celebrate with you. If you would like to honor us with a gift, we’d be truly grateful for contributions to our honeymoon fund to help us create memories that will last a lifetime. We’ll also have a house fund option and will be adding a few traditional registry items for those who prefer to give in that way. Your love and support mean the world to us, no matter the form.
