Hello! Megan and Dave have pre-reserved rooms with a special set rate for the travel window of August 6th-10th , 2026. Guests may extend their stay, depending on availability at time of booking. This resort requires a 3 night minimum for all guests.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT DEADLINES

Deposit Amount: $200.00 per person (due upon receipt).

Additional Costs: If you are including travel insurance or flights on your reservation, these costs must be paid at the time of deposit.

RSVP Deadline: April 1st, 2026

Room Availability: A limited number of rooms are reserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms are not confirmed until the full deposit is received. To secure your preferred room type, we highly recommend making your deposit as soon as possible.

Second Deposit Deadline

• Due Date:  May 1st, 2026
• Amount: 60% of the remaining balance of your total package cost.

Final Payment Deadline

• Due Date: June 1st, 2026
• Amount: Remaining balance must be paid in full.

AIFARE CONFIRMATION DUE :June 22nd, 2026

All flight information will be collected via the flight collector starting at 90 days before departure for your transfers. This would include flights booked with Travel With Class and on your own. So please pay attention to the emails that will be sent out. Please be sure to include your confirmation number. The confirmation number is needed to track flight schedule changes and flight number changes. * If we do not have your flight details by the date referenced above, guest forfeits included transportation.

PASSPORT BOOKS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS TRIP, NO EXCEPTIONS. A PASSPORT CARDOR ENHANCED DRIVERS LICENSE IS NOT VALID FOR AIR TRAVEL. Please check your passport now to ensure they are valid as passport processing time can very especially when delayed.

All Inclusive Resorts require each guest to be registered by passport name and DOB. Guests who are not listed on the room reservation will not be allowed to enter the property. Resorts reserve the right to refuse name changes within 30 days of travel. Additional fees may apply for last minute passenger changes.

Friday (Poolside Fun + Rehearsal Dinner)

Spend the day relaxing with us by the pool or beach. This is the perfect time to connect, mingle, and enjoy the sunshine together before the big day.

In the evening, our wedding party and immediate family will join us for the rehearsal and dinner as we prepare for Saturday’s celebration.

Saturday (Wedding Day)

The day we’ve been waiting for!

Join us as we exchange vows and celebrate our marriage surrounded by the people we love most. Following the ceremony, we’ll continue the celebration with cocktails, dinner, and dancing into the evening.

Yes! You must have a passport to travel to Cancun, Mexico.

In addition, you must ensure that your passport is not expired and must have at least 6 months of validity from the date of return and one blank page.

Please book your flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN).

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can for best pricing. The travel agent can assist with this if you would like. Be sure to indicate this on your submission for a quote.

Airport transfers to and from the Cancun International Airport is included when making your hotel booking through our room block. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or departing the Cancun International Airport.

Watch the price of flights on apps or websites such as Hopper, Google Flights, and Skyscanner. Be sure to set up notifications to be notified when to purchase. Be sure to watch both one-way tickets and round-trip tickets for the best deals. If you have an early flight and arrive to the resort before check in, you are able to utilize all amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc…). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

If you are using Hopper, we strongly encourage that you book directly with the airline.

Because group reservations at all-inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is strongly encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable, and plans can change.

IMPORTANT BOOKING TIPS

• Only one person per room should fill out the booking form using the “BOOK THIS ROOM” link.
• If you’re sharing a room with others, only one person needs to submit the form on behalf of everyone in that room.
• Rooms are most comfortable for 2 guests, but can accommodate up to 3 adults in some room categories
• Single occupancy is almost as much as double. I highly suggest booking double occupancy if you can.

Once you’ve chosen your desired room category, click “BOOK THIS ROOM.”

Complete the form with your details and the names of any other guests sharing your room.

STEP 3:
Stephanie Steinert, our travel agent from Travel With Class, LLC, will email you within 2 business days with your personalized quote for approval.

STEP 5:
Review and approve your quote followed by submitting your deposit to secure your room.

At Travel With Class, we believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Here’s what you can expect after your booking is submitted:

AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR BOOKING:

• Once your booking is approved and payment is secured, our office will manually process it with the resort supplier.
• Please allow up to 48 business hours for processing during normal business hours, and depending on the volume of requests.
• If you select a room outside the reserved room block or if your preferred room is no longer in our inventory, we’ll submit a special request to the supplier. This may take several additional days—thank you for your patience.

ONCE YOUR BOOKING IS PROCESSED:

You will receive an email from Travel With Class with the following:

• A booking receipt confirming your room category
• Payment due dates and remaining balance
• A secure payment link to make additional payments at your convenience

ONGOING COMMUNICATION:

• Monthly email reminders will be sent as a courtesy to keep your payment timeline top of mind.
• 15 days before each major payment deadline, you’ll receive a reminder with a direct payment link.
• 90, 60, and 45 days before travel, we’ll request your flight information (if we haven’t already received it) so we can coordinate your ground transportation.
• 2–3 weeks before travel, you will receive your final travel documents via email.

Throughout the process, you’ll also receive helpful tips and updates to ensure you feel fully prepared for your trip.

Want to arrive early or stay longer? You can! Just note:

Subject to Availability – Extra nights depend on the hotel’s availability and what we have reserved.

Rates May Vary – Prices for dates outside the group block may differ from the quoted group rate.

How to Request – Simply include your preferred dates in your reservation form, and I’ll confirm availability for you!

If you’re planning to share a room with another invited guest, here’s how to make the booking process smooth and simple:

• One Form Per Room: Please coordinate with your roommate and designate one person to complete the reservation form. Forms should be submitted per room, not per individual.

• Next Steps: Once the form is submitted, Stephanie will email both guests with the next steps and important details about your reservation.

• Different Addresses? No Problem! If you and your roommate live at different addresses, be sure to include the second guest’s contact information (including email address) in the notes section of the reservation form. This ensures everyone stays in the loop and receives all important updates.

• Designated Emails for Communication: To avoid missing any important information, please provide the designated email addresses for all guests sharing the room. This helps ensure everyone receives booking confirmations, payment reminders, and travel updates directly.

• Lead Passenger Responsibility: The person filling out the reservation form will be listed as the lead passenger and is responsible for:

  • Sharing all terms and conditions with their roommate(s).
  • Ensuring all payments are made on time for the entire room.
  • Communicating important updates from Stephanie with all guests in the room.

• Review Terms & Conditions: It’s the responsibility of each passenger to review the Terms & Conditions, which are included on your invoice and can also be found at www.travelwithclassllc.com. Travel With Class, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as needed.

 RESORT COCKTAIL ATTIRE

Our wedding will be held outdoors, so we encourage attire that is elegant yet comfortable for a warm, tropical setting. Think  vibrant, polished, and party ready! Flowy dresses, bold  prints, and elevated summer looks are encouraged.

To honor the bride and keep the spotlight on her, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white, ivory, cream, or any variations of white to the wedding ceremony and reception.
