Dylan and Megan have arranged an exclusive room block with Travel With Class. Please book early to ensure your room and preferred dates. (3 Night Minimum Requirement)
Dates To Take Note Of: Initial deposit of $350.00 per person will be due on or before (June 5, 2025 non-refundable) in addition to any added insurance costs, or flights at the time of booking. Second deposit of 60% of the total package will be due on or before (August 18th, 2025 non-refundable) in addition to any added insurance costs, or flights at time of booking. Final payment of the remaining balance is due (October 15th, 2025 non-refundable).
Flight Itineary is due by December 3, 2025, so transfers can be included. Be on the lookout for an email to enter your flight details. Passports should be valid 6 months after the last date of travel.
If insurance is purchased then guest(s) will be entitled to any compensation that is granted based on insurance policy. You are responsible for satisfying the agency cancellation fee as well.

Do I need a Passport?
Yes! You must have a passport to travel to Riviera Maya, Mexico.
In addition you must make sure that your passport is not expired and it must have at least 6 months validity from the date of return and one blank page.

Where Should I Fly Into?
Please book your flights to Cancun International Airport.
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can for best pricing. The travel agent can assist with this if you would like. Be sure to indicate this on your submission for a quote.
Airport transfers to and from the Cancun International Airport is included when making your hotel booking through our room block. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or departing the Cancun International Airport.
Words of Advice Booking Flights
Watch the price of flights on apps or websites such as Hopper, Google Flights, and Skyscanner. Be sure to set up notifications to be notified when to purchase. Be sure to watch both one-way tickets and round-trip tickets for the best deals. If you have an early flight and arrive to the resort before check in, you are able to utilize all amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc…). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
If you are using Hopper, we strongly encourage that you book directly with the airline.

Travel Protection

Cancellation Policy
Once the deposit is received, it is non-refundable, regardless of reason. We highly suggest you purchase Travel Protection.

Reservations
The lead passenger is responsible for sharing these terms and conditions with each passenger in their group, and ensuring timely payment. It is the responsibility of each passenger to read our terms and conditions which are located on this invoice and can also be found at www.travelwithclassllc.com in its entirety. In addition, we reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
PLEASE NOTE:
We Only Have A Certain number of Rooms Guaranteed
Rooms are reserved at a secured rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the number we have, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of TWC, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is step #5 on the invoice approval to secure your booking.
3 night stay minimum required
All rates are per person based on duration. Rates are good for any length of stay within the dates, January 15th-22nd, 2026 . If you are seeking dates outside of the date range or a different room category, please check for availability with Stephanie prior to booking.
The initial non-refundable deposit is $350 per person at the time of booking (no later than June 5th, 2025). This does not include travel insurance or flight costs.
Payment plans are welcome.
60% due by August 18th, 2025.
