Do I need a Passport
Yes! You must have a passport to travel to Cancun, Mexico.
In addition, you must ensure that your passport is not expired and must have at least 6 months of validity from the date of return and one blank page.

Booking Information and Deadlines
Hello! Bianca and Gabe have pre-reserved rooms with a special set rate for the travel window of February 15th-22nd, 2026. Guests may extend their stay, depending on availability at time of booking. This resort requires a 4 night minimum for all guests.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT DEADLINES
Deposit Amount: $200.00 per person (due upon receipt).
Additional Costs: If you are including travel insurance or flights, these costs must be paid at the time of deposit.
RSVP Deadline: June 2, 2025
Room Availability: A limited number of rooms are reserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms are not confirmed until the full deposit is received. To secure your preferred room type, we highly recommend making your deposit as soon as possible.
Second Deposit Deadline
- Due Date: September 17, 2025
- Amount: 60% of the remaining balance of your total package cost.
Final Payment Deadline
- Due Date: December 2, 2025
- Amount: Remaining balance must be paid in full.
AIFARE CONFIRMATION DUE : January 1, 2026
All flight information will be collected via the flight collector starting at 90 days before departure for your transfers. This would include flights booked with Travel With Class and on your own. So please pay attention to the emails that will be sent out. Please be sure to include your confirmation number. The confirmation number is needed to track flight schedule changes and flight number changes. * If we do not have your flight details by the date referenced above, guest forfeits included transportation.

PASSPORT BOOKS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS TRIP, NO EXCEPTIONS. A PASSPORT CARDOR ENHANCED DRIVERS LICENSE IS NOT VALID FOR AIR TRAVEL. Please check your passport now to ensure they are valid as passport processing time can very especially when delayed.
All Inclusive Resorts require each guest to be registered by passport name and DOB. Guests who are not listed on the room reservation will not be allowed to enter the property. Resorts reserve the right to refuse name changes within 30 days of travel. Additional fees may apply for last minute passenger changes.
Words of Advice Booking Flights
Please book your flights to Cancun International Airport.
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can for best pricing. The travel agent can assist with this if you would like. Be sure to indicate this on your submission for a quote.
Airport transfers to and from the Cancun International Airport is included when making your hotel booking through our room block. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or departing the Cancun International Airport.
Watch the price of flights on apps or websites such as Hopper, Google Flights, and Skyscanner. Be sure to set up notifications to be notified when to purchase. Be sure to watch both one-way tickets and round-trip tickets for the best deals. If you have an early flight and arrive to the resort before check in, you are able to utilize all amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc…). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
If you are using Hopper, we strongly encourage that you book directly with the airline.
Do I need travel insurance
Because group reservations at all-inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is strongly encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable, and plans can change.

Sharing a Room? Here’s How It Works
If you’re planning to share a room with another invited guest, here’s how to make the booking process smooth and simple:

One Form Per Room: Please coordinate with your roommate and designate one person to complete the reservation form. Forms should be submitted per room, not per individual.

Next Steps: Once the form is submitted, Stephanie will email both guests with the next steps and important details about your reservation.

Different Addresses? No Problem! If you and your roommate live at different addresses, be sure to include the second guest’s contact information (including email address) in the notes section of the reservation form. This ensures everyone stays in the loop and receives all important updates.

Designated Emails for Communication: To avoid missing any important information, please provide the designated email addresses for all guests sharing the room. This helps ensure everyone receives booking confirmations, payment reminders, and travel updates directly.

Lead Passenger Responsibility: The person filling out the reservation form will be listed as the lead passenger and is responsible for:
- Sharing all terms and conditions with their roommate(s).
- Ensuring all payments are made on time for the entire room.
- Communicating important updates from Stephanie with all guests in the room.
