A few important things to know before you place your deposit.
Parent or guardian required in every room. The hotel requires at least one guest over 30 years old in each room. No exceptions — this is a Hard Rock contract clause. Students sharing a room must be joined by an eligible adult.
Passport books required — no exceptions. Passport cards and enhanced driver's licenses are not valid for international travel to the Dominican Republic. If yours is expired or expiring before September 2027, start the renewal process now.
All deposits are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
3-night minimum stay required for group rates. Want to arrive early or extend your stay? Just tell Stephanie and she'll handle it.
Credit card required at check-in. The resort requires a valid credit card for incidentals. Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 noon.
Legal drinking age in the Dominican Republic is 18. All-inclusive includes premium drinks for eligible guests per DR law.
Payments by credit or debit card only. All payments processed securely through Travel With Class LLC.

Yes — a valid passport book is required. No exceptions. Passport cards and enhanced driver's licenses will NOT get you on the plane to the Dominican Republic.
The resort also requires guests to check in using their full passport name and date of birth. If your passport expires before September 27, 2027, renew it now — processing takes several weeks.

If you are sharing a room, coordinate with your travel partner first. One deposit covers one room — you will need to confirm the number of guests when you book. Stephanie will follow up to collect passport details for all guests in the room before the trip.
Absolutely. The group dates are March 20–27, 2027. You are welcome to arrive early or extend your stay. Just let Stephanie know your preferred travel dates after you book and she will sort it out.
Strongly recommended. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Travel insurance protects your investment if something unexpected comes up before or during the trip. If insurance is purchased, you may be entitled to compensation per the policy terms, minus any agency cancellation fee.
Flights are not included in the package rate and are booked separately. Fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) — there are direct flights from many U.S. cities. Book as early as possible. Spring break fares go fast. Reach out to Stephanie if you need recommendations.
