Amber and Michael have arranged an exclusive room block with Travel With Class, LLC. Please book early to ensure your room and preferred dates.
July 9th, 2024, initial Deposit of $250.00 per person for total hotel reservation in addition to any insurance costs, and flights per each individual. September 9th, 2024, second deposit of 60% of the remaining balance. Final payment due: November 15, 2024. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once additional payments are processed, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. Flight itinerary is due by December 15, 2024, so transfer can be included. Passports should be valid 6 months after the last date of travel. If insurance is purchased then guest will be entitled to any compensation that is granted based on insurance policy terms. Do I need a Passport?
Yes! You must have a passport to travel to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
In addition you must make sure that your passport is not expired and it must have at least 6 months validity from the date of return and one blank page.

Please book your flights to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can for best pricing. The travel agent can assist with this if you would like. Be sure to indicate this on your submission for a quote.
Airport transfers to and from the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is included when making your hotel booking through our room block. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or departing the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)
Words of Advice Booking Flights
Watch the price of flights on apps or websites such as Hopper, Google Flights, and Skyscanner. Be sure to set up notifications to be notified when to purchase. Be sure to watch both one-way tickets and round-trip tickets for the best deals. If you have an early flight and arrive to the resort before check in, you are able to utilize all amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc…). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

Head to the top and select the “Make Your Reservation” tab to head to the reservation quote form. The agent will the take your details and send you a customized quote based on your needs for approval.

Reservations
The lead passenger is responsible for sharing these terms and conditions with each passenger in their group, and ensuring timely payment. It is the responsibility of each passenger to read our terms and conditions which are located on this invoice and can also be found at www.travelwithclassllc.com in its entirety. In addition, we reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
PLEASE NOTE:
We Only Have A Certain number of Rooms Guaranteed
Rooms are reserved at a secured rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the number we have, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of TWC, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is step #5 on the invoice approval to secure your booking.
