Booking & Payments

Not at all. These are all-inclusive rooms from a private group block that have been opened to the public. You book your own room at the exclusive group rate and enjoy the resort entirely on your own terms. There's no party to join and no one you need to know.

This room block was contracted with the resort as a private group booking, which locks in group pricing the public can't normally access. The group didn't fill every room, so the remaining rooms are being released at the contracted rate. The resort's own promotional pricing is also blacked out for New Year's week, which is why a contracted group rate like this one is unusual for these dates.

Booking is self-serve and takes about two minutes. Use any of the booking buttons on this page to open the resort's official reservation site, where the group rate is already applied. Deposits are non-refundable once paid, which is standard for group blocks at peak dates. Optional travel insurance can be added when you book, and if purchased, any compensation follows the terms of the insurance policy.

There are two dates to know. Bookings at this group rate close on Friday, August 7, 2026, which gives Stephanie time to process everyone properly. Final payment is then due by August 20, 2026, along with the legal passport names for everyone in your room. After August 7, rooms may still be available up to about two weeks before departure, but at whatever the resort is charging at the time.

All payments are made by credit or debit card. Stephanie will send you everything you need to pay securely once your room is held.

Insurance is optional and not included in the package, but it is strongly recommended for a peak-season international trip. Ask Stephanie about adding it at the time of booking.

The Trip & The Resort

Your nightly rate covers your room, meals, drinks and entertainment at the resort, plus all hotel and government taxes. Round-trip shared airport transfers are also part of your package price.

Shared round-trip transfers between Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) and the resort are included. You can upgrade to a private transfer when you book. Flight details need to be submitted at least 45 days before departure so your transfer is confirmed, and transfers are non-refundable after final payment.

Absolutely. Children aged 4 to 12 sharing with their parents are $73 per child, per night, and teens 13 to 17 are $146 per night. Every room still available in the block sleeps up to 4 guests.

You'll need a valid passport to travel to Mexico, and rooms are finalized with the legal passport name of every guest. Double-check that your passport is valid for your travel dates before you book flights.
