Flight itinerary is due by November 30, 2024, so transfer can be included. | Passports should be valid 6 months after the last date of travel. Do I need a Passport?
Yes! You must have a passport to travel to Riviera Maya, Mexico.
In addition you must make sure that your passport is not expired and it must have at least 6 months validity from the date of return and one blank page.

Where Should I Fly Into?
Please book your flights to Cancun International Airport.
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can for best pricing. The travel agent can assist with this if you would like. Be sure to indicate this on your submission for a quote.
Airport transfers to and from the Cancun International Airport is included when making your hotel booking through our room block. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or departing the Cancun International Airport.
Words of Advice Booking Flights
Watch the price of flights on apps or websites such as Hopper, Google Flights, and Skyscanner. Be sure to set up notifications to be notified when to purchase. Be sure to watch both one-way tickets and round-trip tickets for the best deals. If you have an early flight and arrive to the resort before check in, you are able to utilize all amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc…). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
If you are using Hopper, we strongly encourage that you book directly with the airline.

Travel Protection
We strongly encourage that you protect your investment with Travel Protection. Unexpected things can arise, causing you to cancel your trip. We use and recommend Travel Insured for comprehensive coverage.
If you are interested in optional travel insurance, Stephanie will send a quote per your request. Insurance must be accepted within 7 days of your initial deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Once the deposit is received, it is non-refundable, regardless of reason. We highly suggest you purchase Travel Protection.

Reservations
The lead passenger is responsible for sharing these terms and conditions with each passenger in their group, and ensuring timely payment. It is the responsibility of each passenger to read our terms and conditions which are located on this invoice and can also be found at www.travelwithclassllc.com in its entirety. In addition, we reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
PLEASE NOTE:
We Only Have A Certain number of Rooms Guaranteed
Rooms are reserved at a secured rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the number we have, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of TWC, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is step #5 on the invoice approval to secure your booking.
3 night stay minimum required
All rates are per person based on duration. Rates are good for any length of stay within the dates, November 07-14, 2024 . If you are seeking dates outside of the date range or a different room category, please check for availability with Stephanie prior to booking.
The initial non-refundable deposit is $250 per person at the time of booking (no later than April 15, 2024). This does not include travel insurance or flight costs.
Payment plans are welcome.
60% due by July 08, 2024.
