The initial non-refundable deposit is $400 per person at the time of booking (no later than April 04, 2024) Additional deposit would be collected if adding flights, club-mobay or insurance. Payment plans are welcome. 60% due by April 05, 2024. Final payment due May 20, 2024. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once additional payments are processed, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. Flight itinerary is due by OCT. 20, 2024 so transfer can be included. This will be done via an automated email sent to you. Passports should be valid 6 months after the last date of travel. Additional payments can be made at any time at www.travelwithclassllc.com by selecting “Make a payment” on the top bar.

Do I need a Passport?
Yes! You must have a passport to travel to Jamacia.
In addition you must make sure that your passport is not expired and it must have at least 6 months validity from the date of return and one blank page.

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can for best pricing. The travel agent can assist with this if you would like. Be sure to indicate this on your submission for a quote.
Words of Advice Booking Flights
Watch the price of flights on apps or websites such as Hopper, Google Flights, and Skyscanner. Be sure to set up notifications to be notified when to purchase. Be sure to watch both one-way tickets and round-trip tickets for the best deals. If you have an early flight and arrive to the resort before check in, you are able to utilize all amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc…). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

If you are interested in optional travel insurance, Stephanie will send a quote per your request. Insurance must be accepted within 7 days of your initial deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Once the deposit is received, it is non-refundable, regardless of reason. We highly suggest you purchase Travel Protection.

Reservations
The lead passenger is responsible for sharing these terms and conditions with each passenger in their group, and ensuring timely payment. It is the responsibility of each passenger to read our terms and conditions which are located on this invoice and can also be found at www.travelwithclassllc.com in its entirety. In addition, we reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
All rates are per person based on duration. Rates are good for any lenght of stay within the dates, August 07-16, 2024 . If you are seeking dates outside of the date range, please check for availability with Stephanie prior to booking.
The initial non-refundable deposit is $400 per person plus insurance and flight costs at the time of booking (no later than January 15, 2024).
Payment plans are welcome, with the final payment due May 20, 2024.
2nd payment of 60% of the total balance is due (March 5, 2024 non-refundable)
