What to Wear

Dress Code: Tropical Elegant

Jessica and Casey hope you'll dress up with them in attire that aligns with their 'Tropical Elegant' wedding dress code. Picture crisp linens, flowing fabrics, and tasteful beach attire that complements the ocean backdrop.

For Women: Opt for elegant sundresses or maxi dresses in light, breathable fabrics like chiffon, silk, or cotton blends, featuring floral prints or pastel colors for a beachy elegance.

For Men: Choose lightweight linen or cotton shirts in neutral tones or soft pastels. Pair with linen pants, or pants in light colors like classic khaki, to maintain a formal yet relaxed look. Avoid jeans and shorts.

General Guidelines: Select breathable fabrics like linen, cotton, chiffon, or silk blends suitable for warm Caribbean weather. Ensure attire maintains a formal touch despite the beach setting.

These colors are a guide, not a rule. Come comfortable, and dress for warm Caribbean evenings.

Fly into Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay. Round trip shared airport transfers are included in your package, so you're covered from touchdown to check in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Book

Click any Reserve Your Room button to book through our secure group portal. A $200 per person deposit holds your spot at the group rate, and Stephanie will follow up to confirm every detail.

A $200 per person deposit is due by December 1, 2026. 60% of your balance follows on March 1, 2027, and the remaining balance is due May 17, 2027. Deposits are non refundable.

You can book up to 65 days before departure, subject to availability and the rates available at that time. Booking early is the best way to secure the group rate.

It isn't required, but we strongly recommend it. Travel insurance protects your investment if your plans change, and Stephanie can share options when you book.

Travel & The Resort

You'll need a valid U.S. passport with at least six months validity beyond your return date. If you don't have one yet, apply early, as processing can take time.

Round trip shared airport transfers from Sangster International Airport are included in your package. If you'd prefer a private transfer, you can upgrade when you book.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall is adults only, and Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall is family friendly. Both are all inclusive and sit side by side, so you can choose the experience that fits your group.

Plan to arrive on July 28, 2027 so you're settled before the wedding on July 30. The group stay runs through August 1, with a three night minimum.
