Dress Code: Beach Chic

We want our guests to feel cool and comfortable. Wear what you feel best in. If it helps, linens, cotton, and breezy tailored fabrics are great choices.

Warm, dry, and sunny. Daytime highs are typically around 84°F (29°C), with cooler evenings near 64°F (18°C) and very little rain this time of year. Pack a light layer for breezy nights.

Puerto Vallarta sits where the crystal-clear waters of the Pacific meet the charming cobblestone streets of a vibrant town, between the lush Sierra Madre mountains and the wide Bay of Banderas. Spend your days lounging on golden sand, exploring the old town, or relaxing by the pool with the whole group.

Getting There

Fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). The hotel is about a 32 min drive from the airport. Transfers to and from the hotel can be organized through our travel agent, Stephanie, when you book your room, or you can arrange your own transportation.

Before You Book

RSVP by securing your room with a $200 per person deposit made through Stephanie.

Booking is done through our travel agent, Stephanie Steinert. You start your reservation by filling in your contact information and travel details on the Guest Intake Form. After the form is submitted, Stephanie will send you a custom quote to the email you provided, along with a payment link to secure your room.

Rooms in the group block are held until September 12, 2026. Any rooms not reserved by then are released back to the resort, so book early. Early bookers also get first pick of the categories.

You'll need a valid passport that does not expire within six months of travel. If you need to renew or apply, start early, as processing can take several weeks.

Travel & The Resort

The resort requires a three-night minimum. We strongly encourage arriving on or before Wednesday, January 20th so you're settled in well before the ceremony on Friday.

It is. Your meals, snacks, and drinks are included, along with the pools, beach, and daily resort activities. The resort is fully accommodating for all guests.

The hotel is about a 32 min drive from the airport. Please indicate on the guest intake form if you'd like to book transportation ahead with our group or handle your own.

Stephanie can book your flights and include travel insurance with your trip. Please note: any flights not booked through Stephanie cannot be insured, only the hotel portion of your trip would be covered. Booking your flights with her is the easiest way to protect your whole trip. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover trip cancellations and medical emergencies.
